In November of 2006, Paul Brourman launched a new agency model called “Sponge” as a forum for innovative thinking, curiosity, smart creativity and forward thinking strategic leadership. The model brings high caliber talent together in agile teams to solve business challenges without boundaries or preconceived notions around how it gets done. Sponge client experience includes McDonald’s, The PrivateBank, Kohler, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, AutoZone, Kerrygold, Sears Optical, TicketsNow (LiveNation) and Penguin Publishing.
Paul previously held an SVP, Group Creative Director position at DDB Chicago where he led efforts for major brands such as JCPenney, McDonald’s, Discover Card, Unilever, Lenscrafters and others.

Kirsten is responsible for all Account Services at Sponge. Prior to Sponge Kirsten has worked on international brands such as T-Mobile, Ford Motor Co. and Kimberly Clark. Kirsten has over 15+ years experience managing campaigns across digital, social and traditional media. Kirsten has honed her skills in providing strategic and executional leadership across campaign development and shopper marketing efforts.
With more than 15 years of experience as a digital creative, Isidro has had the opportunity to build impactful creative experiences for brands large and small. Able to draw upon both his foundation in traditional design and his strong technical knowledge, Isidro is a rare talent in the industry. As a design leader, Isidro seeks to own creative excellence at every touch-point.
